Anyone else feel 🫠 when couples don’t respond after gallery delivery? I know they don’t technically owe a reply, it is somewhat transactional. Yet it feels like BASIC courtesy. What we do is more than pushing a button. I’m confident in my work, and this rarely happens, yet I still wonder...did they not like them? Be honest: thoughts?
