CC:Planners

I love working with good planners...they make everyone's job easier. But I've worked with a few recently who seem more interested in establishing authority than actually collaborating. Constantly correcting vendors, micromanaging creative decisions, talking down to people, acting like they're the most important person in the room. We're all professionals hired to do a job for a really special day/weekend. Why do some planners act like we're their employees and take all the credit?
