As the photographer, I’ve realized in real time that major artists, celebrities, or high profile families and guests were involved, with vendors helping each other figure out who’s who. I don’t need gossip! or a full guest list, but if privacy, security, expectations, or even the energy is different, give the team context! I’d rather research beforehand than figure it out while working 👀 I think it’s ultimately on the planner and couple to help us understand the room we’re walking into.
