I used to be more tight fisted about investing my time, energy AND money into proper support on wedding days, so I mostly just made it happen myself!! Then I got injured last year 🙄 and it really changed how I thought about my business. It’s such a relief having people I can lean on. I can step away for a second and know they’ve got it, people feel good with them, and I don’t have to micromanage. Being able to focus more on the fulfilling parts instead of all the laborious stuff is chef’s kiss!
