And I think there’s a difference between feeling uninspired, needing a break, and realizing you’re truly over it. There’s a lot of maturity in recognizing when it’s time to step away instead of staying stuck for too long. Leaving can make room for others, but also for whatever is next for you. It takes a lot to admit when your identity, income and community are tied to the industry. Honestly, proud of whoever this is and wishing you the best 💚

I’m feeling like it may be my time to exit 😭 Ive been feeling not in sync with the next generation of couples, the way social media has become so demanding, the production and expectations, and lots of the things that were fun for me just aren’t there anymore. Could say a lot but I don’t want to shit talk. Ultimately, wanted to just say, I think it’s my time to exit. I think we can all agree, if your heart isn’t in weddings (or what they’ve mostly become) you shouldn’t be doing it.
