Why are some larger vendor teams showing up without knowing what’s going on??? If your team is representing your company, they should know the expectations, the timeline!!, and what was already agreed on with the clients. Other vendors shouldn’t have to spend time on site explaining or defending decisions that were settled a while ago. Good communication within your team is part of the service!
