I’ve worked with some really established vendors who get away with stuff a newer person would get destroyed for. Bad communication, missed details, things not done when they said they would be, being difficult for no reason. And everyone kind of just works around it because they’re known and built respect at some point? But shouldn’t that mean we hold you to a higher standard by now, not a lower one? Lately it’s been feeling like an unfair advantage.
