But business is business. If you paid for something, hired someone, or invested in an experience, you’re allowed to say when it didn’t meet the agreement, expectations, or hype. That doesn’t mean you’re tearing someone down or that you didn’t appreciate the opportunity. Sometimes things just don’t live up to what was promised, and it’s okay to be bummed and say that. You can appreciate the effort and still be disappointed in the outcome. Both can be true.
