I know a few vendors who have people run their socials and you know what?? I think they’re really missing out on genuine connections. The replies don’t sound like them, or they don’t reply at all. The captions feel less human, and again not like the people I know. Totally get getting support, but I think the person running it should do it from the perspective of the owner and actually make connections. Me as a vendor sees the disconnect!! I can only imagine clients and all that 😬 Do u notice?!
