It was someone I’d worked with before. The gallery came back feeling rushed and sloppy. It didn’t meet the expectations we’d agreed on. I brought it up before final payment, and instead of addressing the feedback, they repeatedly demanded payment. Things went downhill from there. They couldn’t handle the criticism. Oh and they were unprofesh on the way, chatting away with the planner… We are no longer in touch 😅
