Simply, if I don’t enjoy you…I won’t recommend you or want to work with you. I mean that’s probably expected. But it could even be your work is insane but you’re not kind or accommodating and therefore, not worth me working with. Maybe even the energy is just off or you said a crude joke?? And flip side…if I can tell you don’t like me or respect me. We’re just done. Why force?
